4 Star Holiday Home Naturglück With Much Comfort
In the year 2016 we bought this beautiful house in Berghausen. Since that, we have invested lots of work and passion in its substantial refurbishment and renovation. Today, we are very proud of our 4 star holiday home “Naturglück” which was classified by the German Association for Tourism (DTV) at the beginning of 2019.
Our cosy chalet has been designed with much attention and invites you to come and enjoy. It offers a terrace with a beautiful view, a garden with playing equipment and a sauna to relax. And right at our front door there is splendid nature. The forest and many hiking trails are only a few minutes away. In a 15 minute walk you easily reach the village centre and the next town Bad Berleburg is only 5 km away.
Our luxury holiday home is ideal for a holiday with the whole family. Upon request, we can accomodate up to 8 guests. Additionally, there are air mattresses for two further persons and a travel
cot for a baby. The total living space of 140 square metres includes four separate bedrooms, a living/dining room with an open fire-place, two bathrooms and on the upper floor a sofa with a
reading corner. Two bedrooms are placed in the renovated attic and two on the ground floor. The cellar offers a sauna, the second bathroom and the garage.

All prices are based on a stay of up to four persons. For each further person we charge 15.00 Euros more per day. Incidental expenses and final cleaning are included. Bookings for a minimum stay of three nights on request!
Further price information
A 30 % deposit is required at the time of booking. The final payment is due three days before your arrival.
Upon your arrival, all beds will be made up and refreshed. Bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are included in the price. If desired, you can also bring along your own towels. Towels can be
changed for ten Euros.
Shopping service – we go shopping for you
In order to offer you a stress-free start of your holiday, we take care of the first food purchase for your holiday. A well-filled fridge is already waiting for you on your arrival and will grant you a delicious meal in the holiday home even on Sundays. Please mail us your purchase list three days before arrival. You can pay cash without any extra costs.
Bread roll service – for your breakfast
We provide fresh bread rolls from the bakery for you. Please place your order not later than 8 p.m. the day before. We then deliver the bread rolls by 7:30 in the morning. The price depends on the quantity of your order. There are no additional costs.

network of hiking trails with lots of premium trails is characteristic for this region. Via the near hiking path, you will easily reach the Rothaarsteig and the region of Sauerland as well as the
WaldSkulpturenWeg, a unique premium path in Germany.
